Zadig & Voltaire is always seeking for upcoming talents, and it’s in that set of mind that the brand organised a contest for chinese students in fashion, design, or graphical arts, living in France, on the theme of the Chinese New Year. The contest subject was the conception and rereading of four classics of the brand ; the «Tunisien», the «Monastir», the «Gwendal», and the «Uma» (three t-shirts and a pochette).

The winner of the prize, Qianlan Wang (student at the Superior Art School of the Pas-de-Calais) was given a scholarship permitting her to finance a year of University in France. She gets her inspiration from the Chinese monster of the new year, creating a motif close to the theater masks while honouring the Zadig & Voltaire artistic direction.

These products will be available in limited edition in several countries (France, Italy, Spain, UK, and China) and always in the iconic shops of their cities. It is therefore with pride and emotion that Zadig & Voltaire rewards and supports the young creators in the world.
