AN ARTY ST. LUCIA’S DAY
December 13. In their Parisian apartment, Thierry Gillier and Cecilia Bönström gather the Zadig tribe for St. Lucia’s Day. At the table, surrounded by contemporary artwork, celebrities rub shoulders with influencers from the art world. Specialties abound: gingerbread, salmon, brioche, rum babas… All part of the Swedish tradition. Under the original frescos on the ceiling, three young girls and two boys sing Santa Lucia, dressed in white tunics with a red belt, candles in hands, their leader wearing a flickering crown. St. Lucia is a celebration of light. The light of Christmas that brings rock to the streets of Paris and the world. The light of the heart, of eternal Zadig & Voltaire love.
