How do I return my item?
If you would like to return an item purchased at full-price, please contact our Customer Care Team to receive a prepaid UPS return label. Once you have packed up your order and affixed the prepaid return label, please drop it off at the nearest location that accepts UPS packages. Please take note of your UPS tracking number so that you can confirm when your return has been delivered.
End of season styles purchased on sale for 30% or more are considered to be final sale and are ineligible for return.
