Can I order online and pick up in store?

At this time, we do not have a pick up in-store option. We continue to work towards improving our offerings, however, so that we can provide you with the option of picking up or returning your online order at one of our boutiques. What shipping options are available?

We currently offer complimentary ground shipping within the United States. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered 1-6 days after being fulfilled depending on the shipping location. For PO Box addresses, your final delivery may be made by USPS. We currently do not offer expedited shipping options.

How do I track my order?

You will receive order tracking notifications by email. You can also track the progress of your order by logging in to your customer account via the icon at the top right of the site on a computer or at the bottom of the menu on a phone.

For orders placed after October 4, 2023, you can track your order using the Track my order portal. This portal can be used by customers that checked out as a guest as well as customers with an online account.

For orders placed prior to October 4, 2023, please contact our Customer Care Team if you are unable to locate your tracking information so that we can provide it to you.

I would like to create my customer account on the Zadig&Voltaire online store

We recommend having a customer account to improve your experience on our Zadig&Voltaire online store.

To create your account, click on the [My Account] icon at the top right if you are on a computer or on the [My Account] icon in the menu if you are on a mobile phone. Enter your email address and complete the various fields on the account creation form. Click on [Confirm] to confirm the creation of your account. Once your account has been created, you will receive an confirmation email. You can also create your customer account when placing an order.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your item(s) purchased at full price. End of season styles purchased on sale for 30% or more are considered to be final sale and are ineligible for return. Sale pricing may not be applied retroactively toward previous purchases.

How do I return my item?

Return conditions
In order for us to accept the return of your item and issue a refund, it must be returned to us in perfect condition, in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with its label. Bags and leather goods must be returned with their fabric bag. Perfumes must remain sealed in their blister box. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your item(s) purchased at full price. Note: certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal for health and hygiene reasons.

End of season styles purchased on sale for 30% or more are considered to be final sale and are ineligible for return.

Request a return label
To download your prepaid returns label we invite you to follow the following steps:

1. Log in to your customer account. Go to your order and click "Return an item". Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason for the return. If you do not have a customer account and you placed your order in guest mode, click on "Make a return" at the bottom of our site or directly on our returns portal.

2. Print your return slip and your prepaid UPS label: insert your return slip in your package and stick the label on the outside of the package.

3. Drop off your package at the UPS location of your choice. Find the list of locations here.

4. Your return will be processed within 14 days from the date it is received in our warehouse.

5. After checking the conformity of the returned product (new product, unworn, in its original packaging and with labels) we will reimburse you using the same means of payment initially used for validation of the order. You will receive your refund confirmation by email.

How do I check the arrival of my return?
You can follow the delivery of your return package:

Via the “My account” area by clicking on “Track my return”.
Via the confirmation email that your return package has been picked up by the carrier, you can click on the “track my package” button.

If you need assistance with your return, please contact our Customer Care Team to receive a prepaid UPS return label.

Can I change the items in my order?

It is not possible to amend your order because it is sent to our logistics provider in real time, as soon as it is created. Once you receive the package, you can return one or more items free of charge by using a prepaid UPS label our Customer Care team can provide. Please note that items purchased on Sale for 30% or more are considered to be Final Sale and are ineligible for return.

Question 9

I did not receive my refund, what should I do?

We process your return within 10 business days of receipt of the item at our distribution center. After we have checked that the returned product meets our criteria for returns, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
If, however, you do not receive your refund after this period, please contact our Customer Care Team.
